Key Responsibilities: Responsible for building and facilities maintenance of the head office, branches and staff hostels including to plan, procure and coordinate building repair work and preventive maintenance work. Also, to assist in management of renovation project.Responsible for the safety (including COVID-19 related measures) and security management of BOCM, responsible for the safety and security management of the office area of BOCM head office and to guide and advice the safety and security work of branches and subsidiary. Undertake the responsibility of the Safety Committee Secretariat.Responsible in drafting and reviewing safety, security and facilities maintenance related guidelines, procedures or policies.  Assist in charge of the procurement of non-IT equipment, facilities (e.g. security systems, etc.), services (e.g. security guard services, etc.) and materials (e.g. COVID-19 related materials, etc.), as well as the management, organization and implementation and post-evaluation of related procurements.Assist in charge of general admin affairs, support the official reception and large-scale event, and official car arrangement.Other tasks assigned by superiors.Job Requirements:Education/Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above Work experience:
Minimum 3 years of work experience in administrative management, banking procurement, property management, facility management, security management or related professional fields.Knowledge/Tools/Skills:
Have basic communication, organization, coordination and negotiation skills.Good ability in requesting instructions and writing reports, with rigorous logic, accurate discussion, and fluent writing.Familiar with computers, have basic data sorting ability, be able to use various systems and channels to collect data to integrate and process data, and master the basic drawing and table methods.
