Support the Group Head HSE with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.- Provide support the project and operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.- To ensure HSE compliance onshore and offshore and perform regular HSE audits in the areas of business operations.- Attend pre-job, planning, client meetings and governments bodies authorities i.e Bomba, DOSH etc. on HSE related matters.- Provide support the Group HSE on the implementation of company-wide HSE initiatives eg. ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 etc.- To develop HSE plans that complies with Company policies and procedure as well as client requirements.- To ensure training, tool box meeting and drills are implemented as part of the company's onshore/offshore HSE program.- Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the Management/Group HSE.- Manage safety statistic reporting within Company wide. Track nd provide regular HSE performance reporting to the Management/Group HSE.- Provide QHSE aspects of Company Tender Bidding Submissions as requested.- To manage and coordinate services personnel for offshore medical check-up and obligatory trainings eg. Bosiet, PTW, LPS and NIOSH safety card. Ensure records of the trainings are updated.- Conduct QHSE trainings yearly plan and orientation to all new employees.- Observe HSE regulations, wears all required safety equipment, encourages safe working practices, corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports them to the proper personnel.- Ensure all worksites (workshop in Kemaman, Miri & Labuan) are QHSE compliant with Company quality policies and safety standards.- Promote incident prevention for the benefit of employees and visitors.- To support in ad-hoc HSE tasks/projects as required**Job Type**: Contract**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus
