Details of the offer

Talent Acquisition (TA) 



-Be involved in recruiting covering sourcing, selection, on-boarding and eventual exit.


-Assist the team in preparing for and executing Employer-branding Position Requirements.


-Arrange interview schedules, reference-checking and preparing documentation for new joiners.


-Coordinate with Head of Department to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.


-Source applicants through job portals, online channels and other professional networks.


-Create interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.


-Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references.


-Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.

Learning and Development (LandD) 



-Organize Learning and Development programs.


-Monitor and keep track of Learning and Development documentation, reports and manage training history record.


-Update and track HRD Corp contributions and subsequent utilization for reporting purposes.


-Assist with on-boarding briefing as and when needed.


-Addressing skills deficits through tailored in-house training.


-Coordinating external training as the need arises.

; Requirements:-


-Possess Bachelor's Degree in human resources or related field.


-Must be able to communicate in Mandarin.


-Effective HR administration and people management skills.


-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


-Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.


-Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.


-Fantastic organizational and time management skills.


-Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.


-Meticulous attention to detail and high adaptability to new environment.


-Ability to conduct thorough needs assessments to gauge training needs.


-Strong desktop and in-person research, presentation, and reporting skills.


-Energetic, determined, and highly capable disposition.


-Experience in SQL software will be added advantages.
