Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Executive cum Admin to manage HR functions and handle administrative tasks within our company. This role requires a highly organized and self-motivated individual who can operate with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will possess strong initiative, excellent organizational skills, and have good communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
Human Resources:
-Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
-Employee Relations: Act as the point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances, fostering a positive work environment.
-HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations, updating policies as necessary to meet evolving requirements.
-Training and Development: Coordinate training programs and professional development opportunities for staff.
-Payroll : Process payroll accurately and timely and ensure submission of EPF, Socso, HRCorp and SST is paid according to government regulations.
-Perform other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned to meet the evolving needs of the organization
Administrative Duties:
-Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
-Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including contracts, personal details, and performance data.
-Event Coordination: Plan and organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
