Human Resource & Admin Executive

Job Description Manage HR operations such as preparing and maintaining personal files and records, preparing monthly payroll, tracking service confirmations, staff medical claims, contract expirations, etc.
Maintain compliance with all government HR operational documents, e.g., Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines, Service Agreements, Contracts of Employment, etc.
Handle other administrative and support tasks (e.g., leading team meetings, creating memos, managing office general insurance, renewing licenses, and other related duties).
Compute staff costs, attendance, performance indicators, and conduct data analysis.
Handle any ad hoc tasks given by the superior, such as travel arrangements, training, etc.
