Human Resource & Administration Executive

-Manage recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting for the open positions. 


-Manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs, learning and development.


-Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities


-Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development.


-Managing employee relations and staff welfare issues.


-Overview office necessities and ensure adequate management of certain requirements (supplies, repairs, etc).


-Responsible for managing the assets of the company, including hardware, software, and other IT equipment.

; Requirements:-


-Possesses at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource/Business Studies or equivalent. 


-At least 1 year of working experience in Human Resource and Administration role. 


-Proficient in English, Mandarin and Malay.


-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.


-Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.


-Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail
