You will play an important role, such as:
-Assist and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
-Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
-Manage employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
-Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and facilitate workforce planning.
-Handle employee relations matters, address grievances, and promote a positive work environment.
-Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
-Coordinate training and development programs to upskill employees and promote career growth.
-Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
-Manage HR records, including personnel files, benefits documentation, and other relevant data.
-Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
-Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
-Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
-To support in any other HR and administrative tasks as and when required.

; Requirements:- Who are we looking for this role:
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
-Proven experience at least 2 years in HR Generalist role.
-Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
-Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
-Good interpersonal and leadership skills with a firm, decisive and mature personality
-Achievement orientated, self-starter, independent and possess a high degree of self-motivation and able to work under pressure and multitasking.
-Proficient in both written and spoken in English will be added advantage.
-Willing to travel if necessary
