-Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.


-Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.


-Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.


-Promote a positive workplace culture and address conflicts promptly.


-Implement employee engagement initiatives.


-Oversee performance appraisal processes.


-Work with managers to develop performance improvement plans.


-Ensure alignment of individual goals with organizational objectives.
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.


-Facilitate professional development and leadership training.


-Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as necessary.
Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs.


-Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary structures.


-Manage benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.


-Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.


-Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.Conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes are compliant.


-Collect and analyze HR data to support decision-making.


-Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment effectiveness.


-Utilize HR software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

; Requirements:-


-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).


-Minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or executive position.


-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


-Strong leadership and team management abilities.


-Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.


-Analytical and problem-solving skills.


-Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is preferred.


-High ethical standards and integrity.


-Strong organizational and time management skills.


-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.


-Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.


-Work Environment:


-Typical office setting with occasional travel for recruitment events, training, and conferences.


-May require extended hours during peak periods or to meet deadlines.
