Human Resource Executive

Execute HR tasks, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations.- Participate in develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.- Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state and federal regulations.- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team.- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.- Conduct performance and salary reviews.**Requirement**- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.- 2 years of manufacturing management experience required.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- How many years of experience in payroll?- How long will be your notice period?**Language**:- English (preferred)
