Roles and responsibilities: Coordinate onboarding sessions for all new joiners from all levels hired Update reports and employee personal files Handling of employees' inquiries pertaining to Human Resources related matters Maintain and update HRIS dashboard Actively involved in Zalora Malaysia's engagement activities - planning, implementation, meetings, arrangements & etc. Any other tasks assigned from time to time Requirements: Candidates must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
Good knowledge of Google Workspace will be an added advantage Demonstrates proactiveness and good attitudes Duration: 4-6 months, preferably if can start immediately Possess own transport and able to work in Zalora Warehouse located at Shah Alam at least once a week.
