Human Resource Intern

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Post job openings on various platforms (job boards, company website, social media).
- Adopt different recruitment strategies, which includes but not limited to headhunting, passive search, etc.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
- Participate in employer branding activities such as career fairs and campus recruitment events.
