Human Resource Internship

Responsibilities:



-Assist in all HR function including recruitment for Frontliner, sourcing, screening, key in data, arranging interview session with potential candidates, provide orientation / training and etc.


-Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects.


-Assist in Industrial Relations matters.

; Requirements:-  Requirement:



-Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent.


-Preferred computer skill(s): Microsoft Office such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.


-Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (Candidates with Mandarin language is added advantage as the candidate will need to go through our educational guideline in Mandarin).


-Able to work in fast paced environment, multi-tasking and willing to learn.


-The candidate must be willing to travel to High Tech Park Kulim.


-Internship position(s) for duration of 4 to 6 month(s).


-This position is immediate hiring for October 2024 onwards.
