Human Resource (Internship)

-Assisting with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.


-Supporting HR staff in onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.


-Assisting in organizing employee training and development programs.


-Helping with employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events and surveys.


-Assisting in maintaining employee records and HR databases.


-Contributing to HR-related projects as assigned by your supervisor.


-Upholding confidentiality and data security when handling sensitive HR information.

; Requirements:-


- Enrolled in a relevant degree program or a recent graduate in HR, Business, or a related field.


-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


-Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


-Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.


-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.


-Time management and adaptability.


-Ethical conduct and ability to handle sensitive information.


-Willingness to learn, collaborate, and take initiative.


-Preferrable a 6 months internship period student.


-Willing to work in Cyberjaya.
