Human Resource (Internship)

Responsibility



-Support HR Services filings/documentations and administrative functions in the area of recruitment, compensation and benefits as well as updating and maintenance of HR records.


-Data entry.


-Assist on day-to-day operations task.


-Handling incoming calls and general inquiries.


-Manage office administration and operation.


-Others - ad hoc task as assigned.

; Requirements:-  Requirements



-At least 4 - 6 months internship period


-Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.


-Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.


-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


-Ability to maintain confidentiality  and handle sensitive information with discretion.


-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).


-Able to start immediately
