Job Responsibilities: To collaborate with the Management to ensure HR strategies are strategically planned, implemented, followed through and are aligned to the Company's core valuesTo be responsible for the full spectrum of human resource functions which encompass but not limited to compensation & benefits, Industrial Relations (IR), training & development, performance management, employee engagement, talent management, succession planning, maintaining employee record and general office administration supportRecruitment: To handle overall recruitment process which includes shortlisting, conducting background checks, arranging for interviews and preparing employment documentsOrientation: To conduct professional on-boarding for new employees, ensuring post-employment documentation and briefing are properly carried outCompensation & Benefits: To assist in review of compensation and benefit structure, benchmarking to the market trends and retention strategiesTraining & Development: To coordinate and monitor training & development programmes, encompassing Annual Training Needs Analysis, Annual Training Plan, Training Budget, sourcing and organising for internal/external trainings Performance Management: To co-ordinate with respective Head of Departments to design job descriptions and target KPIs and ensure that the workforce is qualified and competent, properly mentored and given the opportunity to continuously grow Exit Interviews: To identify reasons for resignations and feedback t the Management for improvementTo be responsible for IR related matter including counseling and managing employee related matter in compliance to labour lawTo be responsible for employee discipline which includes but not limited to keeping track of attendance, punctuality and absenteeismTo plan and organise Company events to foster employee engagement and promote positive work cultureTo review, establish and improvise HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulationsTo be updated with Statutory Regulations, Labour Laws and RegulationsTo ensure that overall HR activities are carried out professionally, ethically and in a timely mannerTo undertake tasks as directed by the Superior and/or Management as and when required.Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Human Resource/Psychology/Business Studies/Management or equivalentMinimum of 7 to 10 years' relevant working experience with supervisory roleWorking experience in healthcare industry is an added advantageExperienced in HR processes, training, employment laws and regulations, recruitment, employee relation and performance management Experience in setting up human resource department is an added advantageExcellent problem-solving skills, experience in mediation and resolving conflictHigh result achievers who are meticulous, independent and resourcefulPossess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skillProficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa MalaysiaInterested candidates are invited to submit your application via Jobstreet.
