Details of the offer

1. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.2. Stay updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards.3. Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.4. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.5. Design and run employee training and development programs.6. Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.7. Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues.8. Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.9. Administer compensation and payroll programs and ensure accurate processing of payroll.10. Develop employee recognition and rewards programs.11. Oversee and manage employee wellness and safety programs.12. Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances.13. Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.14. Negotiate and manage labor contracts and collective bargaining agreements.15. Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and improveHR processes.16. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.17. Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management.18. Develop and maintain positive relationships with government agencies andemployee unions.Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
