Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)

Support and manage the full spectrum of Human Capital functions including recruitment, orientation, compensation & benefits administration, performance management review, and industrial & employee relations.
Handle recruitment process to identify and hire qualified candidates for respective business units.
Manage employees' administration arrangements and work closely with internal colleagues, external vendors, and statutory departments to ensure a smooth transition for onboarding, transferring, and exit.
Handle employees' data in relevant systems.
Manage HR documentation including employment contracts, employment confirmation, resignation, employment verification, and any related documents.
Assist in training & development and employee engagement activities when required.
Act as a contact point for employees and work closely with managers on operational HR services and support.
Assist in handling and resolving employee disciplinary issues and industrial relations matters which include conducting investigations, arranging for Domestic Inquiry, and preparing letters.
Prepare periodic HR reports and organization charts.
Manage HR Department filing and ensure documentation is in place as per authority and company requirements.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
Any other HR projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualification & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of Human Resources working experience in all areas of human resources.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering strong relationships at all organizational levels.
Comprehensive HR knowledge, especially hands-on experience in employee relations and performance management.
Good working knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, statutory requirements, and best human resource practices.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work under stress and independently with minimal supervision.
Technology savvy to handle various systems.
Passion to deal with people internally and externally.
Able to interact confidently with all levels of staff, meticulous, proactive with good problem-solving skills.
