Human Resources Executive

Job Description:



-To perform full cycle of recruitment process including preparation of job description, job posting, talent sourcing, screening, and interviewing process.


-Preparation of hiring documentation including offer letter, employee personal information, and other related documents.


-Assist and perform onboarding process for newcomers.


-Foreign workers permit renewal matters ( FOMEMA ,.


-Assist to prepare payroll computation with the HQ HR team such as salary, overtime, allowances, service point, medical, claims summary and etc.


-Maintain staff and workers details in system and ensure the details are properly updated.


-To attend to others ad hoc matters given by superior.


-Work closely with different departments to ensure workforce stability.


-To prepare HR relevant reports as and when required.


-Handling of employee relations and grievances, counselling, disciplinary issues and its proced

; Requirements:- Requirement:



-Candidate must possess at least in Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.


-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English


-At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.


-Required Skill(s): Pleasant personality, able to work in a team, and willing to learn new knowledges.
