About this Job:



-An exciting career opportunity to work closely with colleagues from APAC region by providing HR support in the area of employee life cycle related matters.


-Ensure employee's personal data and movement information are updated accurately in the SAP system.


-Prepare HR's official letter/document and follow through in ensuring the documents being signed within stated timeline.


-Liaise and work closely with country HR and Section Admin on employment contract renewal and probation till completion.


-Provide HR monthly reports according to scheduled and ad-hoc report as and when required.

; Requirements:-


-Candidates possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, psychology, professional certificate or equivalent.


-Fluency in Mandarin language preferable as this role required to provide HR support to global employees base in China.


-Enthusiastic, detailed oriented and good organization skills.
