Human Resources Generalist

The HR Generalist is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources activities, ensuring compliance with industry, company policies and employment regulations, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture in accordance to the value set by the company.

Qualifications:



-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


-5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the wellness, healthcare, or service industry.


-Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.


-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.


-Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.


-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:



-HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).


-Experience in a wellness or healthcare environment.


-Familiarity with integrative medical practices and wellness initiatives.
