-Develop and implement full spectrum of HR policies that set new industry standards.
-Assist in the recruitment process, from posting job ads to screening candidates and organizing interviews.
-Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

-Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

-Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.

; Requirements:-
-At least 2-3 years of experience in a Human Resource role.
-A Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Solid understanding of Malaysia's Employment Act and Labor Laws.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
-Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
-Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is mandatory.
