Human Resources Intern

-Assist in managing the top of the funnel recruitment process, which includes talent sourcing, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. 


-Work with the People team to enhance data management. 


-Liaise with external stakeholders to establish, maintain, and monitor partnerships to secure pipelines for strong candidates. 


-Help ensure the success of employee engagement initiatives, including ideating, planning and executing various team building activities and/or company-wide events.

-Passionate about people and culture. 


-Highly inquisitive in nature with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the team. 


-Very eager to learn and grow, especially in your people and communication skills. 


-Self-starter with the ability to execute independently while also enjoying working together with and as a team.


-Analytical and has strong problem-solving skills with an effective attention to detail.


-Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English. Profiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
