Human Resources Intern

- You will be involved in overall Recruitment and On-boarding processes which include arranging interviews, posting job advertisements, maintaining recruitment database and etc.


-You will handle HR daily operation duties including digitizing HR documents, maintain staff records, filing HR documents, preparing HR letters and etc


-You will co-coordinate training and development initiatives


-You will assist in organizing employee engagement activities


-You will also be required to attend to any other ad hoc assignments or special projects as directed by the manager/ director

; Requirements:-


-  Possess or currently pursuing Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or any other related discipline


-IT savvy; proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint


-Strong organizational and follow up skills


-Diligent and meticulous.


-Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia


-Great personality and positive working attitude
