We are seeking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team! As an internn, you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and administrative support. 

Key Responsibilities: 



-Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.


-Onboarding: Help prepare onboarding materials, facilitate orientation sessions, and ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company. 


-Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, surveys, and company events. 


-HR Administration: Support HR team in maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and processing documentation. 


-Learning and Development: Assist in the coordination of training sessions and development programs. 


-Ad-hoc Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as needed.

; Requirements:-


-Minimum qualification of a Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. 


-Fluent in English Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin.


-Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.


-Proficient in Microsoft Office.


-Demonstrated strong organizational and time-management skills.


-Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.


-Independent and self-motivated.
