Responsibilities:



- Conducting research and analysis on the latest LandD trend that contribute to enhance our service quality.


- Involve directly in assigned LandD project implementation to gain corporate exposure on employees' behaviour.


- Support in end-to-end processes of development programs organised for talent upskilling.


- Generate insightful and impactful education materials for corporate usage.


- To learn and be better in your professional development with us. You will be supported by senior in the above and we aim to grow you too.

- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Psychology, Business, or any related field. Best is you are entrepreneur minded.


- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Your additional skills in video editing and brochure designing will be an absolute advantage to this interesting role.


- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in record-keeping.


- Fluency in both English and Mandarin languages.
