Human Resources Intern ( Talent Acquisition - Employer Branding)

Job Description As a Human Resources Intern, you will support our Talent Acquisition team from Employer Branding to recruitment:  Actively participate in the employer branding initiatives, such as creating social media content, recruitment posters, email banners, videos etc.
Essentially creating materials and contents to attract potential candidates  You will also be conducting the overall recruitment process from candidate's sourcing, screening calls, schedule and conduct interviews, to support the manager in the selection decision; Be the contact point for the candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience; Qualifications We are looking for students who are currently studying Graphic design and are keen to work in an HR department and help create Employer branding as well as learn about recruitment.  Additional Information MFM is honored to receive the following awards:  2019 - Human Resources Asia Recruitment Awards 2019, Best Onboarding Experience (Bronze) 2021, 2020, 2019 and 2018 - HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2020, 2019 and 2018 (Malaysia Edition)
