We are constantly improving our operations and looking for new ways to meet our customer's needs through continuous improvement.**Position Summary**:The Human Resources (HR) Manager plays a critical role in the organization by managing and overseeing various HR functions to ensure the effective and efficient operation of MASS Precision Malaysia. This position involves strategic planning, policy development, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The HR Manager plays a crucial role in creating a positive work environment, fostering employee development, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the organization. This position will work very closely with the US MASS Precision division of HR and report directly to the Global Director of Human Resources.**Duties & Responsibilities**:- Development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.- Collaboration with senior management and leadership to identify and address key HR issues and challenges.- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies.- Oversee the development and implementation of effective onboarding programs.- Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.- Mediate and resolve conflicts and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.- Conduct investigations when necessary and recommend corrective actions.- Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.- Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and recommend updates to policies accordingly.- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.- Conduct surveys and assessments to measure employee morale and identify areas for improvement.- Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.- Support employee growth and development through mentorship and career development initiatives.- Oversee HR record-keeping, documentation, and maintenance of personnel files.- Manage HRIS (Human Resources information System) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information.**Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities**:- In-depth knowledge of HR principals, practices, and employment laws.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.**Education & Training/Experience**:- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.Pay: RM4,722.81 - RM11,710.46 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Day shift**Experience**:- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
