1.0 Job Summary This position is responsible for a full spectrum of Human Resource functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, payroll processing, performance management, employee relations, industrial relations, and other HR related services. 2.0 Duties And Responsibilities 2.1 Perform Full Cycle of Recruitment (Permanent/Contract/Intern) 2.2 Training Administration - training enrollment, registration of training courses with HRD Corp etc 2.3 Payroll Task -Attends to and ensures that all staff records - leave, salary revision, insurance, etc to be recorded up-to-date. - Responsible to assist in monitor, updating and checking staff attendance record from time to time in the QuickTMS system. -Responsible to verify and prepare staff overtime claims, medical claims, car park claims, etc on a monthly before submitting the record to Finance department. -Responsible to assist in monitor, updating salary information into the QuickPay system 2.4 Foreign Worker Management -Responsible in checking and updating the foreign workers work permit documents from time to time. 2.5 Other Assignments -Liaise with statutory bodies, foreign workers agent, LHDN, HRDF, MITI etc. - To carry out any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time. 3.0 Preferred Knowledge/Qualification/Experience -Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field. -Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource -Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Payroll Administration, Microsoft Excel. Knowledge in QuickPay/HR2000 is added advantage. -Must have good communication and PR skills and be able to socialize well at all levels of people. -Excellent interpersonal, communication & organization skills and ability to work independently under tight deadlines. -Team player who is dynamic, self-motivated, and result oriented. -Immediate availability will be an advantage.Business Hotel - 'Be our Friend not Our Guest'Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
