Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
-Develop and execute recruitment strategies for all FandB brands within the group.
-Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding processes.
-Build relationships with culinary schools, universities, and other talent pipelines.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
-Act as the primary contact for employee concerns and inquiries.
-Foster a positive work culture aligned with KARLS Group's values and vision.
-Plan and execute employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
HR Policy and Compliance:
-Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations.
-Develop, update, and implement HR policies and employee handbooks.
-Manage contracts, payroll, benefits, and performance appraisals.
Training and Development:
-Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions for employees.
-Design leadership development programs to support career progression.
-Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness for continuous improvement.
Performance Management:
-Oversee the performance review process and support managers in providing constructive feedback.
-Develop KPIs and track team and individual performance metrics.
-Implement strategies to improve team productivity and morale.
HR Systems and Reporting:
-Maintain accurate employee records and utilize HR software effectively.
-Generate HR analytics and reports to inform decision-making.
-Monitor trends in turnover, engagement, and recruitment to propose solutions.
