**Responsibilities**- Leading the Recruitment /Hiring process for all employee levels (operator, staff, engineer, supervisor, and manager) and Give excellent service to all departments in hiring activity (recruitment, selection, onboarding, until placement) to meet business objectives- Coordinate Training program and development, prepare competency matrix, training plan, implement and monitor training program.- Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.- Collect and analyze the HR data such as Headcount, Absenteeism, attrition, etc., and report them to HR Manager and Regional A/P office including implementing WORKDAY system.- Assist Manager in providing advice to management on all personnel development and career planning of employees- Develop and maintain Industrial Relation, Performance Management & Improvement Plan both for Salaried and Hourly employee**Requirement**- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or related field from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.0/4.0- Proven excellent experience in Manufacturing Industry (min 5 years) with handling minimum 500 employees.- Well proven in handling Industrial Relations and employees relation that created the harmony-including with labor unions.- High proficiency in communication skills both oral and written, both English and Bahasa Indonesia- High level of analytical ability where problems are complex- Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills to work effectively with others- Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and job specific systems**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus
