What you will do: Conducts complex preventive maintenance, repair, replacement, installation and commissioning under minimal supervision.Interfaces directly with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.Manages assigned work to meet professional and efficient execution of time and customer satisfaction. Submits proposals or quotes for HVAC upgrades or to improve system performance. Supervises quoted works to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. How you will do it: Able to perform safety procedure.Perform service, maintenance, review, adjust chiller control parameter and setting.Able to calibrate, identify fault and defective and replace chiller part and component.Able to review/analysis chiller operation and history data.Perform chiller overhaul, shaft seal replacement, test & commission, Annual Shutdown.Generate technical report, presenting the report to customer. Review and critique Connected Equipment reports being submitted by service technicians and senior service technicians.Understand Electrical Starters, Chiller Control Panels, Chiller Mechanical System.Chiller performance assessment and auditing.Variable Speed Drive, OptiView Control Panel, Smart View control panel, Liquid Cooled Solid Stage Starter, Compressor overhaul. What we look for: Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or Skills Certificate (SKM), preferably in Mechanical, HVAC or Electrical / Electronic Engineering. Preferably 3 to 5 years working experience as service engineer to HVAC.Self-motivated, hardworking and positive, hunter personality.Valid Vocational License is an extra advantage.
