Maintain and responsible for daily end-users' support in ICT hardware, software, and network related issues to ensure smooth daily business operation.- Perform installation, upgrading and configuration of ICT hardware, software, network, and related services.- Keep website content up to date, find and fix website problems.- Ensuring the highest levels of network connectivity and infrastructure availability.- To ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.- Manage and ensure that users abide with all IT policies as set forth in the Office Manual.- Manage and monitor IT inventory such as software licenses, desktop, laptop, printer etc.- Liaise with external vendors to resolve IT services issues- To prepare and administer budget for IT Department- Other jobs as assigned by top management**Salary**: From RM2,080.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Miri: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)Application Deadline: 08/31/2023
