JobDescription:We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven SalesExecutive/Tele sales to join our corporate training team. The SalesExecutive will be responsible for generating new businessopportunities and driving revenue growth through the sale of ourtraining programs to corporate clients. Resources: Ready & existing database in soft andhardcopyResponsibilities: Prospectand identify potential clients through research, networking, andcold calling.Buildand maintain strong relationships with decision-makers withintarget companies.Understandclient needs and objectives to effectively position our trainingsolutions.Developcustomized proposals and presentations tailored to clientrequirements.Negotiatepricing and contract terms to secure newbusiness.Collaboratewith internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation oftraining programs.Meetor exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistentbasis.Keepabreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and marketdevelopments.Requirements: Bachelor'sdegree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or arelated field.Proventrack record of success in corporate sales, preferably in thetraining or educationsector.Strongnetworking and relationship-buildingskills.Excellentcommunication and presentationabilities.Abilityto understand client needs and effectively articulate the valueproposition of our trainingprograms.Highlymotivated and target-oriented with a drive tosucceed.Proficiencyin CRM software and MS OfficeSuite.Willingnessto travel as needed.Benefits: Competitivesalary and commissionstructure.Comprehensivebenefits package.
