Job Description 1.
RBA Conduct audits and assessments of labor practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and the RBA Code of Conduct.
Collaborate with suppliers to improve labor practices and provide guidance on ethical sourcing.
Monitor and report on labor-related performance metrics and progress towards goal.

Industrial Relation Negotiate and administer collective bargaining agreements with trade unions or employee representatives.
Provide advice and guidance to management and employees on labor laws and workplace policies.
Investigate and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
Represent the organization in discussions with unions, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
Monitor changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
3. HR Functions Automation To automate HR functions like e- foreign worker management, and e-training & etc. Implement and configure HR automation tools and systems.
Monitor performance and optimize automated processes.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Additional certifications in HR technology or automation tools are a plus.
At least 2 years of experience in RBA/IR, and/or automation processes. Knowledge in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript & Virtual Basic).
Knowledge of labor laws, collective bargaining processes, ethical sourcing principles, labor standards, environmental regulations, and international frameworks such as the RBA Code of Conduct.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with workers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
