What you will do- Assist in the planning and managing of the wellness calendar (workout classes and health-related talks)-Liaise with fitness instructors to coordinate class schedule and logistics.-Assist in measuring performance, reception to the exercise and health program, and make plans for improvements.-Assist Operation Lead and Product Managers in creating the health and wellness programme strategy to enrich health and wellness program.-Attend to emails and calls from users of our system, within the agreed turnaround time.-Provide good customer service in assisting users to address their concerns and problems.-Assist our partner merchants (pharmacies, retailers, healthcare providers) to resolve problems with transaction or processing. -Handle the compilation of reports and campaign results-Handle the user-on-boarding and administration of users' accounts. -Degree in Business, Communication, Computer Science,or related fields -Interest in health and wellness industry will be advantageous -Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written) -Have good knowledg in UI/UX design-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for service -Highly organized and able to multi-task-High computer literacy and ability to learn new software-Experience in document creation -Self-driven and proactive nature-Internship period starting from Oct/Nov-Duration internship of 3-6 months is preferred
