Information Technology Engineer

Job Responsibilities:To design, configure, test, and support in-house development system to enhance the companyâs business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of user satisfaction.To develop a comprehensive project plan, produce deliverables and meet management/user expectations and implement solutions according to project plan.Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowchart, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and clear code to ensure the success of future enhancements and quality of support.To improve operations by conducting system analysis and recommend changes in policies and procedures or systems.Perform analysis of systems, processes, and organizational impacts of the change request.To maintain proper backup strategy and restore procedure for in-house development system.Job Requirements:Bachelorâs Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.Minimum 3 yearsâ experience in IT environment or organization.Knowledge or experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment and Learning Management Systems (LMS) will be a distinct advantage.Team player, great collaborator, self-motivated, and able to work independently.Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong hands-on experience in programming and experience in handling projects.Programming experience in software development with ASP.Net, C#, and VB programming.Embedded system debugging knowledge and strong analytical skills are essential.Familiar with Microsoft Visual Studio and SQL Management Studio.
