Job Description
Carry out site progress supervision, attend the M&E site inspection, check equipment delivery, witness the testing and commissioning progress with contractorsInspect and verify and sign off the monthly sub contractors' progress claimsAdvise to the office of any discrepancies and changes on any construction and shop drawings prior to installations to be carried outOversee the works of the contractors to ensure that specifications, drawings, approved method statement, approved product/ catalogue are complied withResponsible to attend and participate all meetings as requested by clients/LIZ , also to record minutes of meeting where requiredResponsible for checking and monitoring contractor's coordination drawings with other disciplines for pre and during construction.Based on Sunway Ipoh mall Requirements:
Diploma in engineering or other relevant technical qualificationIOW certificateMinimum 10 years of site experience in a similar fieldExperienced in Shopping Mall33kV project experience
