Intern-Administration (Jan25/Feb25 Intake)

-Prepare quotation / invoice to clients in order to meet customer requirement.


-Assist booking enquiry from sales team to make sure all customers' order on place.


-Send out reminder email to clients to ensure timely payment and collections and accurate maintenance of payment status records.


-Manage merchandise sourcing, delivery, stock counting and preparation.


-Support inventory management activities and any other administrative functions.

; Requirements:-


-Currently pursuing or recently completed Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.  


-Proficiency in Malay, English and Chinese.


-Internship duration of at least 3 months.
