The Human Resources Intern will be required to perform various administrative tasks and support the HR department 's daily activity.
Requirements (Depending on the assigned HR functions) Gathering data Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure the teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals.
Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff.
Advertise and source applicants through various channels, such as company career page, job platforms, social media, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
Able to operate Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain the confidential of the data Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
Organizing and assisting in training planning and execution Following up with training participants and managers for evaluation Be the minute taker for any domestic inquiry process Gather evidence of misconduct and prepare report on activities happens Updating system with latest information of employees & related matters Prepare & revise departmental organization chart Assisting in filing employee's documents into personal file & etc Actively involved in company's activity/program Other tasks assigned by supervisor Requirements Bachelor's Degree, Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or Management only.
