Posted- 23-Feb-2024- Service line- Corporate Segment- Role type- Full-time- Areas of Interest- People/Human Resources- Location(s)- Kuala Lumpur - Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia**Key Responsibilities**Administration- Provide administrative support for TLD daily function.- Perform administration on documentations including, but not limited to, policies, summary plan description, invoices, contracts, P-File, and other compliance documentation.- Handle ad-hoc tasks may be assigned by the manager from time to time.Program Coordination- Record attendance prior / post training.- Send post event survey to participants.- Disseminate training related communications. Assist TLD to coordinate external training registration requests- LMS Coordination- Attend to general queries from employees and provide support as and when necessary.- Assist the TLD Admins ensuring new process / process improvements to the LMS tasks are updated in the existing SOP documents.**Qualifications and Education**- Open for an internship position for a duration of 3-6 months.- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to respond to common inquiries in a timely manner.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.- Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible
