Intern, Operations & Office Admin

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:



-Assist with compiling sales reports 


-Assist with accounts reconciliation 


-Assist with event set up, pop up set up


-Assist with liaison with KOLs


-Assist with all office/ HR matters


-Data entry, paper work and filing 


-Assist with operational matters


-Completing miscellaneous, special projects as needed

-Students in last semester preferred.


-Candidate must possess or currently pursuing in Diploma / Degree in any field


-Good communication skill, strong sense of responsibility, service awareness and team work


-Required language: English


-Required Skill(s): Ms Office, Excel


-Working Location: Seksyen 51A PJ


-Duration: 3 – 6 months
