Intern, Technician

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Part 1 –Primary roles of the job which are measurable and may be used as part of KPIs
1) Assist to attend the service tickets


-Assist in responding to superior maintenance requests.


-Assist in solving issues related hands on work
2) Assist to diagnose, troubleshooting and critical thinking in solving issues


-Assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting MandE systems, equipment, and civil work issues.


-Help with routine maintenance and repair tasks.


-Support outlet staff by addressing technical issues.
Part 2 – Secondary roles which supports the primary roles above


-Help inspect systems to identify potential problems early


-Assist in preparing tools, materials, and equipment for tasks


-Monitor emergency situations and report to senior technicians.


-Maintain and organize service logs and reports.

Qualification


-Enrolled in or recently completed a diploma or SKM Tahap 3 in electrical engineering or a related field. 
Skills and Knowledge


-Basic understanding of HVAC, MandE systems, and civil work (preferred).


-Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.


-Problem-solving abilities and interest in troubleshooting.


-Good communication skills.


-Able to work independently and in a team.
