Market Development - Work to generate leads and secure new export customers and international market
Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement marketing initiatives through digital platforms, trade shows, and social media-tailored to local markets if needed
To prepare quotation submission to clients or potential customer for closing sales or negotiation of sales price under the consent of superior/manager.
To work closely with existing & new customers by providing prompt & excellent service to the customers, attend to customers' inquiries, customer visits, negotiation & follow up action on issues related to their orders and shipments
Take ownership of, and manage, a customer management business process that ensures effective communication and liaison between Sales, Marketing, and other departments to optimize key business opportunities.
To work closely with other department to ensure the efficiency of sales order processing, timely delivery, credit control and special pricing and instructions.
Monthly and quarterly business reviews with relevant stakeholders to support business growth.
To work closely with R&D team to convey accurate project information, follow up on design validation by customers and endorsement of approved proposals for the purpose of project submission to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Logistics Management: Oversee the seamless delivery of products across borders while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Customer Relations: Build long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and providing excellent after-sales service.
Ad-hoc Projects: Assist in special projects or initiatives as
assigned by digital marketing or sales managers. This could involve market
research, competitor analysis, or other tasks aimed at improving marketing and
sales effectiveness.
