Internship - Facilities Management

Job Description: Perform general repairs, fabricates, installations, operation and preventive maintenance duties in regards to electrical, mechanical, air-contioning, fire protection, carpentry, plumbing, painting, sound and etc.Switch on and off all electrical points (accessible) before and after business hours.Attend complaints with repairs and maintenance orders or urgent top-priority jobs through phone calls from other departments or tenants without delay.Maintain workshop tools, equipment and all related maintenance areas in clean and neat condition at all times.Perform general routine inspection of Company vital operating machines and equipments as to ensure smooth operating per schedule.Perform other duties as assigned by the maintenance supervisor.Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma / Certificate in, Electrical, Mechatronic, Mechanical engineering or any recognized trade qualification.Minimum internship period : 3 monthsCompetent in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Demonstrates ability to work in a team.Able to work in shifts and able to work during weekends & Public Holidays.Willing to be based at Sunway Malls (Kuala Lumpur).
