Main Duties and Responsibilities:


- Assist supervisor to liaise and set appointments with clients


- Work closely with supervisor in helping service, build and expand client base


- Evaluating the business or individual's financial needs and risk profiles


- Participate in daily morning meeting and company's activity


- Recruit and manage own team member and work closely within the team


- Attend to all training and development programs


- To participate in every company events. Promoting and inviting students (Student Participant) to join the event organized by the Company.


- Engage with the recruiter for a periodic performance engagement.


- Assist in other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

- Min Diploma/Degree in any related field


- Strong analytical mind and observant skills


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with candidates


- Mature personality with right attitude, ability to work independently and good interpersonal skills


- A positive attitude towards the working environment; someone who is ready to adapt to the working life.


- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin is preferred
