Job DescriptionWe oversee the comprehensive planning, implementation, and enhancement of information security & privacy (ISP) and data protection measures at our Semiconductor Testing facility located in Penang (PgP5).As an intern, you will be assigned to support our Information Security & Privacy activities within the plant.Support the preparation of Information Security & Privacy (ISP) audits and projects.Support the implementation of projects related to access rights management.Provide support with administrative tasks and documentation related to ISP and data protection initiatives.Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations.Collaborating with various departments to integrate ISP concepts throughout the plant.Assist in the planning and coordination of ISP awareness initiatives, including information security-focused events, workshops, and training sessions.Designing visually compelling posters and communication materials to enhance information security awareness.Undertaking additional ad-hoc administrative responsibilities.QualificationsLanguages: Proficiency in English with good written and verbal communication skills.Education: Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (, Business Analytics, Business Studies, etc.
)Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva is required.
