Job DescriptionTasks:To perform Processing Invoices with Smart Automation (PISA) & Accounts Payable Monitor (APM) invoice scanning for Robert Bosch in Petaling Jaya and Bosch Rexroth.To perform self-billed E-invoicing reconciliation & checking To check & release credit note for specific department (MA-SMY)To handle department incoming & outgoing mailsAssist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by the managerProjects:e-InvoicingS4 HANA ApplicationBuilding Technology carve outQualificationsCandidate that is pursuing a Bachelor in Finance / Accounting.Preferable 6 months of internship compulsory commitment.Required language(s): Fluent command in English, Bahasa Malaysia.Required skill(s): Intermediate Microsoft Skills & Analytical skills.Joining date: January 2025
