Job Description To support for day-to-day HR operations including administrative tasks and employee record management.
Assist in the recruitment process including documentation.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and timely process for candidates and interviewers.
To support new hire on-boarding activities including preparing welcome materials, conducting orientation etc.
Assist in the creation and preparation of training materials including presentations etc.
Support the coordination and logistics of training sessions, including scheduling, venue preparation and attendee communication.
Help track and maintain employee training records and attendance.
Provide administrative support to the training team, including organizing files, handling correspondence, and managing documentation.
Qualifications Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Management or any related field.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Enthusiastic  about learning and developing new skills in corporate environment.
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
Additional Information Internship positions available for intake starting January 2025 and onward.
Please include internship start date and end date in the application.
Experience in video editing, translation, graphic design, presentation creation, or similar skills is a plus.
Open to Local Students who are required to complete an internship as part of their academic program.
