Internship In Human Resource (Recruitment)

Job Description Tasks: Assist to schedule interview session and follow up with stakeholder.
Prepare offer letters and extension/shortening letters for interns.
Facilitate on New Hire On-boarding process.
Assist in profile completion for interns and other back-end process for recruitment.
Prepare document for Expatriates.
Projects: Improvement of Operation Processes flow by assignment type Help to update work instructions International Assignment & Intern recruitment  Qualifications Candidate that is pursuing a Bachelor in Human Resource/Business Management.
Preferable  6 months of internship compulsory commitment.
Required language(s): Fluent command in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Required skill(s): Intermediate Microsoft Skills and Good communication skill.
