Job DescriptionTasks:Assist to schedule interview session and follow up with stakeholders.Prepare offer letters, extension and shortening letters for interns.Facilitate on new hire onboarding process.Assist in profile completion for interns and back-end processes for recruitment.Prepare document for expatriates.Projects:Improvement of Operation Processes flow by assignment typeHelp to update work instructions International Assignment & Intern recruitment QualificationsCandidate that is pursuing a Bachelor in Human Resource/Business Management/Business Administration.Preferable 6-8 months of internship compulsory commitment.Required language(s): Fluent command in English, Bahasa Malaysia.Required skill(s): Intermediate Microsoft Skills and Good communication skill.Joining date: January 2025
